Cultura Privé / About
Made in our own workshop in Shanghai, China.
Cultura Privé is how our Shanghai workshop works with people starting their own suit label. Every suit is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Shanghai, China, with your label inside. The label states the country of origin.

Why “Privé”
The name nods to private label. Your label goes in the suit and your client sees your name. Cultura Privé exists for founders who want a suit line of their own without building a factory to make it.
Why a workshop this size takes one-piece orders
Every made-to-measure suit is cut for one person. A single order from a new label goes through the same cutting table and the same sewing floor as everything else we make. That is why the minimum order is one piece, and why a founder can start with one sample suit.
Country of origin
Our suits are made in China, in our own workshop in Shanghai. The label states the country of origin. If your clients ask where their suit was made, the answer is on the label. Never hide it. Tell them plainly.
What else goes on the label, and how to talk about origin with clients, is in our guide Putting your own label in the suit.
