What private label means here
Private label means your name is inside the garment. Your client opens the jacket, reads the label and sees your brand.
Every order can carry your label, and the minimum is one piece. Even a single sample suit, ordered before you take your first client order, can already have your label sewn in.
The name Cultura Privé nods to this. Privé is the private in private label.

What goes on the label
You decide what your label says and how it looks: the design, the typeface, the colour, the wording.
It must also state the country of origin. Our suits are made in China, in our own workshop in Shanghai, and the label says so.
Your market may have further rules, for example on fibre content or care instructions. Those rules differ from country to country, so check them for each market where you plan to sell. Then ask us what information we need from you to sew the label in correctly, on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
Where the suit is made
The label already says it, so there is no reason to hide it. Say it the same way the label does.
A founder can put it in two short sentences to a client: "I designed this suit for you, from your measurements. It was made for you in Shanghai, China." Every part of that is true. You designed it, the measurements are your client's, and the workshop behind it is real, founded in 1996 and running with about 200 house tailors.
Never let a client believe the suit was made somewhere else. Do not call it Italian on a product page because the cloth came from a mill in Italy. Cloth and garment are two different things, so name the mill if you like, and name Shanghai as the place the suit was made.
Mill names and your label
You can offer suits in cloth from mills your clients may know, such as Zegna (Trofeo and Traveller) or Vitale Barberis Canonico. Describe it as that mill's cloth, made up by us. We are not the mill and we are not affiliated with it; we cut its cloth and make the suit you ordered.
If you would rather not lean on another company's name, there is our own house cloth book, Corsini LANA Four Seasons. All 85 fabrics in it are 280 g four-season Australian merino, 100% wool. You can sell suits in this cloth without naming another company at all, which works well for a founder who wants the label to stand on its own.
Some founders sell on the mill name. Others sell on their own name and let the hand and drape of the cloth do the work. In both cases the label inside the jacket carries your brand.
Shipping under your brand name
We can ship the finished suit directly to your client's home, hotel or office, anywhere in the world, under your brand name.
Production takes 14 days from a confirmed order, and shipping time and cost come on top. Per two-piece suit, ex works Shanghai, prices start from 100 USD for CMT (you send the cloth), from 155 USD for full package (our cloth, we make it) and from 185 USD for half canvas full package. Import duties are paid by the buyer, at the buyer's own rate.
From the label to the delivery address, the order runs under your name. Your client deals with you, and you deal with us.
What to do next
