How an online order reaches us
Your client orders from you, at your price, through whatever channel you run: your own website, an Instagram message, a phone call. They pay you, and the relationship stays yours.
Then you place the order on our platform. You enter the measurements, pick the cloth, choose the construction (fused, half canvas or full canvas) and confirm.
The minimum order is one piece. So each client order can go through on its own, with nothing to batch and no quantity to reach before we start production.

Starting from height and weight
A client who writes "Can you make me a suit? I have never been measured." can still order. Enter their height and weight, and the platform suggests sizes for you to review and adjust.
It helps in three situations: a first order from someone you have never met in person, a client who cannot get to a tailor right now, and a gift where the recipient's exact measurements are unknown.
Add what you know about how the client likes a suit to fit, in plain words. Maybe they want it slim, or they carry weight in the shoulders. Notes like that help us cut closer to what your client expects from a first suit.
Do not promise a perfect fit from height and weight alone. Tell your client it is a starting point and that full measurements come next.
The full measurement form
Once a client has been measured, enter the numbers in the full form: 47 measurement fields, 31 of them required.
Move clients to the full form as soon as you can. Repeat clients who liked their first suit are the easy case, since you can measure them yourself or send them to any local tailor who can read a tape and pass you the numbers.
Keep one habit from the start. Measure in the same order every time, note any posture you can see (one shoulder higher, a forward lean), and if a number looks off compared with the last order, ask the client before you confirm. A quick message costs you a minute. A wrong chest measurement can cost you the suit.
Setting delivery promises for online clients
Production takes 14 days from the confirmed order. Shipping time and cost are on top of that, and both depend on where the suit is going.
We can ship the finished suit directly to your client's home, hotel or office, anywhere in the world, under your brand name. Your label is in the suit, so the brand your client sees is yours.
Import duties are paid by the buyer at the buyer's own country's rate, and you should decide now how you will handle that with your clients. You can build duty into your retail price, or tell clients up front that duty is due on arrival. Whichever you choose, put it on your shop page so nobody gets a surprise at the door.
What your shop page should say
Cover these five points on your shop page or in your ordering instructions:
- What the client sends you: height and weight at minimum, or a full set of measurements if they have one.
- What you offer: your cloth range and the constructions (fused, half canvas, full canvas).
- Production time: 14 days from your confirmed order, plus shipping.
- Duties: who pays import duty, and at what stage.
- Origin: the label in the garment states the country of origin.
Do not promise a delivery date shorter than 14 days plus shipping, or every late order will land on you.
Never take an order without the client's height and weight at the very least. With no size reference at all, there is nothing to cut from.
What to do next
Ask us for platform access, prices and a first sample order. Message us on WhatsApp or fill out the inquiry form, and we will walk you through the ordering platform, the measurement form and your first cloth selection. One suit is enough to start.
