Cultura Privé / Measuring
Measuring your clients, even if you have never done it.
Every order on our platform carries the client’s measurements. The full form has 47 fields, 31 of them required. If you are new to measuring, a client’s height and weight are enough to start, and the platform suggests sizes for you to adjust.
Two ways to start
Full measurements
47 measurement fields, 31 of them required. This is the route if you have fitted suits before, or if your client is in front of you with a tape.
Height and weight
Enter the client’s height and weight and the platform suggests sizes. You can then adjust what you know, such as sleeve length. Useful when you sell online and never meet the client.
The ordering platform
You place orders on our online ordering platform. It runs in five languages, so you can work in the one you are most at home in. Each order holds the client’s measurements, the cloth and the construction.

Measure yourself first
Your sample suit is the best measuring lesson you will get. Measure yourself, or a friend, and order the sample on those numbers. When it arrives, check each point against the fit. You will learn more from one suit on your own back than from any chart.
Habits that help
- Measure every client the same way, in the same order.
- Write down how the client likes a suit to fit: close, easy, or in between.
- Note posture you can see, such as one shoulder lower than the other.
- When you are unsure, ask us before you place the order. Fixing a number is cheaper than fixing a suit.
